Ok here we go. 5 Selections this week, all home games. All games PST Time.
(9:00am) Take +3 on 6-2 Illinois home vs 5-3 Minnesota. These two teams are very close statistically. Minnesota has had the easier schedule and Illini just was thumped by Oregon. We like the QB matchup favoring Illinois, but coach Bielema is a stud. Can’t see why Illinois is a dog in this game, but thank you. Take the points and maybe buy to +3.5
(11:30am) Take +3 on 3-4 Appalachia State at home vs 4-4 ODU. Yes you are wondering what the heck, who are these teams? That is to our advantage. App State is a passing machine averaging 300 YPG vs 177 for ODU. Always love that kind of mismatch. This a revenge game for App State (lost last year 28-20) and we get points at home? Yes take the Mountaineers at home most likely to win outright. You can actually find this game on ESPN+.
(12:30pm) Lay-6.5 on 3-5 UCF at home vs 3-5 Arizona. Yes we are going to short the Wildcats again (we had West Virginia over them last week). Fifita the QB for the Wildcats is good for 1 to 2 Int’s in this game as he has 10 TD’s and 11 Int’s so far this season. UCF will control the ground game and the clock. Lay the number on the home team.
(12:30pm) Lay -6.5 (buy 1/2 point) on 5-3 Nebraska ho5me vs 2-5 UCLA. Wow UCLA won a road game at Rutgers two weeks ago. But at 2-5 their season is already over. 5-3 Cornhuskers gave #4 Ohio State all they could handle last week losing 21-17. Their freshman QB Raiola gets better every week, vs Garbers for the Bruins who has 9 Int’s vs 8 TD’s. Every stat favors the Cornhuskers: Defense, Passing, Rushing, PPG, etc. The Cornhuskers roll.
(4:30pm)HATCHET PLAY (Top play) Take +3 on 4-4 Washington home vs 4-4 USC. Not unfamiliar territory for these two teams as members of the former Pac-12 they play each other almost every year. Both teams have terrific passing games. Defense slightly better for the Huskies. USC has not shown they can win on the road as they are 0-4. Yet they are favored at Husky stadium? Take the dogs at home, they most likely winn outright.

* 5-3 Vanderbilt is getting +7.5 at 3-5 Auburn which seems like a lot vs the giant killer (the only team to beat Bama this year)
*7-0 Pitt is getting +7.5 at 7-1 SMU. Will be a terrific game, but that many points are a lot vs a top 20 team.
* 6-1 Clemson laying -10.5 home vs 5-3 Louisville. The Tigers after losing game #1 to Georgia are killing teams covering spreads by 20+ . This might be another blowout.
